How to Make Confident Decisions Without Burning Out (Or Letting Everything Fall Apart)

July 16th at 6 P.M. CST

Learn why your current approach to ''managing it all'' is actually creating more chaos, not less and how to do it different.

How Do you "DO it all" without the burnout?

You know being busy means "doing more", but is it actually moving you forward?

"If I slow down, it all falls apart"

Between being great at work, an amazing mom, loving wife and serving the need of everyone else, you feel the need to get it all right.

"I should be able to handle this"

Every decision rides on your shoulders and if you can't make it happen, then who can?

"My worth is measured by how much i get done"

You keep yourself anxious and stressed being busy so nobody can tell you that you didn't try hard enough.

What You need to know

We aim for clarity and space with all the work we do. Here is what you are signing up for. 👉🏼

What will I learn in this workshop

In our 60 minutes together you will discover how "holding it all together" is actually creating the chaos you are desperately trying to avoid. How making tiny shifts in your words leads to big impact. We will teach you what mindset is, what it's made of and how to shift it in when it matters most. (Hint: your meditation app can't do that)

Who is this workshop NOT for?

Women who are looking for someone to tell them to "slow down," "practice self-care," or "find better work-life balance" - this isn't about lowering your standards or doing less. It's not for women who want to dive deep into therapy or childhood trauma, or who believe that everyone else just needs to step up so they can keep doing everything the same way. If you're looking for quick fixes, someone to validate that you're a victim of circumstances, or permission to quit caring about excellence, this workshop isn't for you.

How does this actually help ME?

You used to spend Sunday nights mentally rehearsing all the ways Monday could go wrong. Now you're looking forward to your week because you finally know which fires are real and which are just smoke. When your teenager has a meltdown about life while you're prepping for your biggest presentation, instead of spiraling into "I can't do this, I'm failing everyone," you pause and ask "What would it look like if it were easy?" You calmly tell them you'll tackle it together after dinner and finish your prep without guilt. Best of all, you finally stop lying awake with your inner critic replaying your choices with the volume all the way up.

What am I actually walking away with?

You will walk away with:

- The ability to recognize conflict language and shift it in real time.

- Working definitions of mindset and the victim mentality.

- Simple tools to move from "have to" into "get to".

- The first steps in developing the skill of talking yourself into things, instead of out of things.
